Theater At Sea is a brand of the MCA Europe group. We specialise in producing and delivering shows, musicals and concerts, with a particular focus on touring productions. We have been operating across Europe since 2018.
We organise castings and recruitment for professional singers, dancers and acrobats, both in Poland and abroad. We also recruit technical and production crews.
For our current productions, we are looking for young, talented people with a passion for the arts and entertainment.

CURRENT OPENINGS:
SINGER (f/m/d)
For a planned three-month European concert tour, we are looking for singers with very good dancing skills who are comfortable performing in the K-POP style.
Rehearsal period: 01.02.2027 – 02.03.2027 in Poland
Tour dates: 03.03.2027 – 01.06.2027
Tour countries: Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, France, Switzerland, Austria, Czech Republic, Poland.
SINGER RESPONSIBILITIES
Taking part in rehearsals during the 4-week preparation period in Poland
Performing during the European tour according to the schedule
Thorough preparation for each performance
Taking part in fan meet & greets, including signing autographs and taking photos with fans
Working closely with the production team to refine every detail of the performance

OUR REQUIREMENTS
Full availability throughout the contract
Excellent vocal skills
Good knowledge of dance styles such as K-pop, hip-hop, jazz funk and street dance
Ability to learn choreography quickly
Stage experience and ability to work as part of a team
Good English skills
* The ability to read music and formal musical education will be an additional advantage.
* Applicants must be 21 or over.
WHAT WE OFFER
Fee: EUR 14,000 net for the full contract (freelance basis)
4-month contract, including:
rehearsals: 01.02.2027 – 02.03.2027 in Poland,
tour: 03.03.2027 – 01.06.2027
45 guaranteed performances covered by the contract. Each additional performance is paid at EUR 250 net extra
Accommodation, transport and partial meals
Professional technical crew and top-quality production support on tour

RECRUITMENT PROCESS
STEP 1 – YOUR APPLICATION

STEP 2 – INITIAL INTERVIEW
Our representative will contact you for an initial interview.
STEP 3 – ONLINE AUDITION
You will be asked to record yourself performing the material provided by us and submit your recording for review.
STEP 4 – CASTING INVITATION
Selected candidates will receive an invitation to the casting, which will take place on 17.11.2026 in Warsaw, Poland, along with other materials to prepare.
STEP 5 – CASTING
During the casting, participants will be assessed on their vocal and dancing skills.
STEP 6 – CONTRACT OFFER
Selected candidates will be offered contracts.
